May 2018 is swiftly approaching!
A trip across the country. Three more days and three hundred more miles in the saddle. Last year's ride was one of the most rewarding experiences I have had in this industry. While the primary focus of the ride is to highlight No Kid Hungry's effort to eliminate childhood hunger, it ended up being much more than that. It showed me a different outlook for our industry--a shift from the late nights out at bars into more sustainable lifestyle practices and healthy living.
This year I am so happy to have recruited friend and fellow Asheville Chef Jacob Sessoms of Table, Imperial Life, and Tods. I'm excited to announce that we will be holding three separate fundraising pop-up events:
Friday, March 30th @ Tod’s Tasties - classic cookout with Jacob & Patrick on the grill LIVE MUSIC / JACOB’S TRUSTY GRILL / GOOD COMPANY / 6PM - AFTER DARK
Sunday, April 8th @ Gan Shan West - skewers & shandy on the patio
LIVE MUSIC / 4PM - AFTER DARK
Sunday, April 22nd @ Gan Shan Station - tacos, sangria & sunshine on the lawn 5PM - AFTER DARK
